PCB Fabrication

As part of a consultation through the Rapid Prototyping Lab, I have been helping a research team fabricate flexible PCBs to be used in their project. Experimenting with different materials and different thicknesses, we have been trying to find the best laser settings to remove the copper on one side of the PCB while ensuring the material remained flexible for application. 

Glow in the Dark Consultation

As part of the same consultation dealing with the PCB fabrication through the Rapid Prototyping Lab, I helped create 18 total glow-in-the-dark prints for the research group to be used for their application. This dealt with new types of Printcores and Nozzle assemblies for both the Ultimaker and TAZ printers, respectively.
